Each sandal is handmade in the EU, crafted to your personal measurements.
After placing your order, you will be contacted via email to provide all necessary measurements, special wishes, and adjustments to create your dream pair.
The process is simple:  all you’ll need is your foot, a pencil, and measuring tape.

As each pair is custom-made to your measurements, we cannot offer refunds for sizing issues.To ensure the best fit, we carefully guide you through the measuring process before production.

Refunds are only available for verified manufacturing defects.

Minor flaws are expected due to fully handmade process.

The upper and bottom part are secured with metal components, not just glue. Any visible adhesive is purely additional and does not impact durability.

Product is fully handmade by artisans using traditional techniques: from cutting, to sewing, to assembly.
